By taking out an annual membership at Woodside Animal Farm you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. An annual membership is only valid for the members named on the application form. All members must agree to be photographed and for their photo to be held on our database.
  2. A family membership must have at least 1 member over the age of 18. When applying for a 'child only' membership an adult’s name and address must be supplied.
  3. Children under 16 must be always accompanied by an adult.
  4. Membership is non-transferable; only named members will be permitted entrance. Any visitors who are not named must pay for admission at the current rate.
  5. All entry tickets must be reserved online at www.woodsidefarm.co.uk. This can be done by selecting the ‘existing member’s options when purchasing tickets.
  6. No refunds of any kind are offered against an Annual Membership.
  7. Last entry to the park is 4pm. 
  8. The funfair rides are open from April to August. During the winter months there may be restricted access to some areas of the park after dusk. Some of our activities are seasonal and/or dry weather activities.
  9. Whilst every effort is made to provide the facilities stated, we reserve the right to alter, close, cancel or remove any livestock or facilities without prior notice.
  10. Opening days and times may vary. At our discretion we may choose to close on Mondays and Tuesdays between November and January.
  11. We reserve the right to refuse to issue an Annual Membership at our discretion without justification.
  12. Excludes special event extras where an optional extra can be purchased.

 

Childminder Memberships:

  1. Childminders must provide a valid OFSTED URN in their own name. Business leaders must show evidence of the business name relating to their given name.
  2. The childminder is permitted to bring 3 unnamed child at each visit.
  3. The childminder must agree to be photographed and for their photo to be held on our database. Unnamed children do not need to be photographed.
  4. All other general terms and conditions apply.

 

Disabled members:

From 1st January 2026 we will no longer be selling discounted memberships for disabled members and Essential Companions. Instead we will offer free entrance for Essential Companions to all visitors who hold an Access Card or Woodside Animal Farm Digital Access Pass with a +1 or +2 symbol. Card/Pass holders just need to bring their Access Card/Digital Pass with them each visit and their Essential Companion goes free. Please visit. our Essential Companions  page for further details.

All active disabled memberships will continue to operate in the usual way until their expiry date.
