In the following terms and conditions when we mention the “organiser” we are referring to you as the planner and payer of the party:
1. Price per child is based upon a minimum of 10 paying children per booking, maximum capacity per booking is 20 children.
2. At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay the full balance for the tickets and products you have selected. Amendments, dietary requirements, guest list and final balance will need to be supplied no later than 10 days in advance of the party.
3. The party session is for a total of 3 hours:
- Session A: 10.30 – 13.30 (party room available 12:00 – 13:15. No access to party room outside of these times)
- Session B: 12:30 – 15.30 (party room available 14.15 – 15.30. No access to party room outside of these times)
Party guests are welcome to stay at the farm all day 10:00 – 17:00.
4. Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please specify during the booking process. These need to be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to the party date.
5. Food choices are Pizza Lunch or Buffet lunch. The same choice must be made for all guests.
6. Invitations, party souvenir packs, animal feed and animal face masks are included in the package. Invitations can be downloaded after the booking has been confirmed.
7. We do not provide birthday cakes. If a birthday cake is required, organisers must bring their own cake and candles. Please note we do not allow the use of sparkler candles under any circumstances. Confetti canons, pinatas or other similar items are also forbidden.
8. Kindly note that you are not permitted to bring your own food to a party, or to have outside food deliveries to the farm. Please be aware, should you order food a delivery to Woodside Animal Farm, the courier will be turned away. In the event that food from other suppliers is brought into the farm, you risk your party being terminated.
9. Kindly also note that outside entertainers such as charcters for hire, mascots, performers or actors are srictly forbidden and wil not be permitted entrance to the park.
10. We do not permit any decorations to be brought on site incluiding buntings, banners, balloon arches, light up letters, flower walls etc.
11. We do not offer refunds. We therefore ask you to ensure you are happy with the minimum number of guests attending at the time of paying the balance, as we will be unable to decrease the number of guests. We will be happy to add additional guests up to a maximum of 10 days before the party. We are also unable to provide refunds for participant cancellations or no shows on the day.
12. Bookings are non-refundable, however in unforeseen or unexpected circumstances, at Woodside Animal Farm Management’s discretion, bookings can be transferred to an alternative date with suitable availability, no later than 10 days prior to the booking date. If you need to rearrange your party with less than 10 days’ notice, we reserve the right to hold 50% of the balance paid.
