• This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

• Members – Please bring you membership cards with you as entry will not be permitted without a valid membership card. If you do not produce your card with you will be asked to purchase a ticket.
• If you have booked using the FREE ADMISSION TICKET option you must bring this voucher with you and surrender it when you enter. You will not be permitted entrance without the physical voucher.
• Disabled rates apply on presentation of a blue badge, DLA or PIP letter.
• Woodside Animal Farm is open all year round, although our opening hours do vary throughout the year so please check our website when planning your visit.
• All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be supervised in all areas of the park.
• Children must be supervised on play equipment at all times and Woodside Animal Farm cannot accept responsibility for personal injury or damage to clothing during your visit.
• With the exception of assistance dogs, dogs are not permitted in the park.
• Woodside Animal Farm reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
• The purchase and use of tickets will constitute acceptance of these conditions by purchaser and holder.
