By booking a school visit to Woodside Animal Farm you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • You must have 20 or more children aged 1 year and over to qualify for a group rate.
  • To ensure you have the time and space to enjoy your visit your Group should not exceed 120 attendees.
  • All bookings should be booked via our website either by paying in full on booking, or by payment of £190 deposit with an agreement to pay the remaining balance on the day of the visit by card, before the group enters the park.
  • There is no option to reserve a date without paying in full or paying a deposit.
  • All deposits are non-refundable, although rescheduling to a mutually agreeable time may be possible.
  • We advise your group to arrive with us by10am. School group activity times start at 10.30am. When booking a school visit with us you agree to be in place ready for activities at 10.30am. Activities cannot be delayed or rescheduled if groups arrive late.
  • Children on group visits must be supervised at all times by an adult responsible for them. Please refer to your own guidelines to ascertain the recommended ratios. We reserve the right to refuse entry to groups that are not suitably supervised.
  • We reserve the right to end a group visit early if any behaviour is deemed detrimental to the general public’s enjoyment of the park, or there is any unreasonable behaviour towards staff or animals.
  • To keep all group visitors safe, we ask that the group remain seated on the coach/vehicle until a member of staff arrives to escort them into the park. Please be vigilant about this condition - our car park is busy!
  • Lunch boxes can be stored on site with the prior agreement of the management. The items are left at the owners’ risk and Woodside Animal farm will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the contents.
  • We regret that we cannot offer exclusive use of any facilities. There may be more than one group in the park at any time.
  • Mini funfair rides and Jumping Pillows are available April - August. We reserve the right to close these rides in wet weather.
  • Some of our activities are seasonal and/or may be cancelled in bad weather. The Management does not accept responsibility for such activities and does not offer refunds in such circumstances.
