Group Visit Terms & Conditions
By accepting a group booking at Woodside Animal Farm & Leisure Park you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Your group must be a minimum of 20 paying guests.
- To ensure you have the time and space to enjoy your visit your Group should not exceed 100 attendees.
- Children on group visits must be supervised at all times whilst they are on our premises by an adult responsible for them. Please refer to your own guidelines to ascertain the recommended ratios. We reserve the right to refuse entry to groups that are not suitably supervised.
- We reserve the right to end visits early if a group’s behaviour has been detrimental to the general public’s enjoyment of the park and/ or staff and animals at Woodside.
- All bookings should be booked via our online booking portal and payment of £100 deposit paid. Please note we are unable to reserve dates without a deposit paid.
- All deposits are non-refundable although rescheduling to a mutually agreeable time may be possible in the event of a cancellation. Deposits received less than 7 days prior to the date of the visit must be paid in cash or by credit/debit card. We are sorry but we no longer accept personal cheques, although business cheques will still be accepted.
- As Woodside Animal Farm can be very busy, we request that the group arrives as close to the time stated on your booking form as possible, late arrival may cause your group to miss the allocated times for your activities. Please advise us of any change to your arrival time in advance.
- Activity times will commence from 10.30 am.
- Any changes to the standard group package must be authorized by the management at the time of booking and confirmed in writing by the customer.
- Parking will only be provided for the number of vehicles stated on the booking form.
- All group visits must be paid in full before entry to the park is permitted. Please have your final numbers ready on arrival so that a receipt may be drawn up and payment taken. To ensure accuracy of payment please bring a blank school/company cheque, card or cash. If you wish to pay by proforma invoice, we require 14 days’ notice and full payment must be received 7 days prior to the visit. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on the day of your visit for pre-written cheques, or proforma invoices where the group numbers are smaller on the day due to illness or absence.
- To keep all group visitors safe, we ask that the group remain seated on the coach/vehicle until such time as the numbers have been counted and payment has been processed.
- Lunch boxes can be stored on site with the prior agreement of the management. The items are left at the owners’ risk and Woodside Eggs Ltd. will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the contents.
- We regret that we cannot offer exclusive use of any facilities and there may be more than one group in the park at any time.
- Mini funfair rides and Jumping Pillows are available April - August. We reserve the right to close these rides in wet weather.
- Some of our activities are seasonal and/or may be cancelled in bad weather. The Management does not accept responsibility for such activities and does not offer refunds in such circumstances.
