Birthday Party Terms & Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions below.

1. Children attending parties must be supervised at all times whilst they are on our premises by their parents or another adult responsible for them. We recommend one adult for every five children. We reserve the right to stop parties that are not suitably supervised.
2. The minimum number for a birthday party is 8 children unless otherwise agreed with the management.
3. Toddler parties are available Monday – Friday during term time only. Children attending Toddler parties will not receive party bags or helium balloons as part of their package.
4. Children under the age of 1 must be paid for at the usual rate to receive a meal, party bag and balloon.
5. Party helpers are available on request for a charge of £20.00. Please note that the party helper is not a supervisor and that all children remain the responsibility of the adults/parents in the party.
6. We will not be able to reserve the date or time, or confirm your booking until we have received your deposit.
7. All deposits are non-refundable although rescheduling to a mutually agreeable time may be possible in the event of a cancellation.
8. As Woodside Animal Farm can be very busy we request that both hosts and guests allow plenty of time so as to ensure prompt arrival – we recommend 15 minutes before your start time. Your party package and activities will start and finish at the scheduled times and cannot be altered. Party guests are permitted to enter the park early or remain in the park at the end of the party provided the outstanding balance for the party has been paid.
9. Any changes to the standard party package must be authorized by the management at the time of booking and confirmed in writing by the customer.
10. The full balance is to be paid 2 weeks before the party date as well as final number confirmation.Â
11. Parents/guardians should note that the party rooms are in constant use on busy days, hence the use of the party room is restricted to the final 45 minutes of the party and thereafter the rooms must be vacated.
12. The management reserves the right to substitute buffet products without prior notification. Please notify us as soon as possible of any special dietary requirements or allergies.
13. Woodside party bags contain a badge, crayons, piece of confectionary, a toy and one free entry voucher for a return visit. The management reserves the right to substitute products without prior notification.
14. We regret that Woodside does not provide birthday cakes. Parents are requested to make their own provision in this respect.
15. Customers are requested to pay the outstanding balance due on the party day prior to the commencement of the party. All party guests (children and adults) are expected to wear a park entry wristband. Cheques must be accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.
16. Only food and drink bought on the premises can be consumed in the party room.
17. We regret we cannot offer exclusive use of any facilities and there may be more than one party running at any time.
18. Country Fair activities are only available 1st February – 31st October. Any parties booked from 1st November-31st January will not be able to use these facilities. Country Fair rides are subject to a fair usage policy, the management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone seen to be abusing this policy and preventing other customers from accessing the rides.
19. All birthday party children who are shorter than the height restriction sign displayed in the Country fair area must be accompanied by an adult on our helter skelter, teacup ride and carousel.
20. Some of our activities are seasonal and/or may be cancelled in bad weather. The Management does not accept responsibility for such activities and does not offer refunds in such circumstances.
